Polcari's Restaurant: Authentic Italian Pizza and Cuisine in Saugus, MA

I randomly stopped in for the first time, and I’m so glad I did. This place is excellent! I love the older style restaurant look—it’s something you don’t see much anymore, and it adds a unique charm. The food was outstanding, especially the pizza, which is as good as it gets. The staff was responsive and attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. I definitely recommend coming here!

The service was great and attentive, the food tasted really good, and the price was similar ot good italian places I've seen around that area.

First time at Polcaris - which is crazy cus I’ve driven by for all of my entire life lol Made a reservation for 7 at 7 - seated promptly regardless of a minor hiccup with our reservation being cancelled without my knowledge. We were seated right away and they were accommodating despite how busy they were. To start, our server was fantastic. Greeted us within 2 mins and had beverages ready for us. I got a glass of the New Zealand Sauvignon blanc. My fiancé got the limoncello martini. Food was fantastic. Traditional Italian cuisine and generous with the portions (as you can see). Not photographed- lemon cake and fudge brownie desert. Both delicious. Can’t wait to come back again!

This place is awesome! The food was delicious and the portions are huge! The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Anthony the manager came over and talked to us because I had a question about the seafood and he was very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. 10 outta 10 would recommend this place!

This use to be my most favorite childhood memory. I knew I always liked the food. And I miss when they use to wear the mobster hats! I brought my date out to here and while they don’t serve the rolls with olive oil anymore. (They still have the olive oil. Just not the rolls to give out to tables. ) The good quality and portion is really good. And well worth it. Our waiter was quick and efficient. And we really enjoyed our time! As always I recommend the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli!

If I knew they served humongous amounts of food on one plate, I definitely would have shared my food with friends. I got the Chicken Parmesan and it was good for the most part. I think it needed more sauce for the noodles, there wasn’t much. My friend got the Alfredo and they said it was really good. Our server Jojo was good.

I heard that they were closing so I wanted to check it out and OMG the food was fantastic, server was amazing, and over all atmosphere was nice and chill. My favorite part was of course the dessert the brownie Sunday will highly recommend going before they close down! Might have to go again before then as well!!

Everyone was really great and friendly! They were very helpful with my husbands wheelchair & oxygen they sat us in a area that wasn't packed. The servings are very large and delicious they're mocktails are also very nice. Our waitress was also very helpful with the menu and our asking of questions
